Melissa M. Bradley-Ball has a Master of Counseling Psychology from the University of Tennessee, is a nationally known clinical educator, corporate consultant, resilience coach and author.  Melissa has taught over one-hundred-thousand professionals, including physicians, psychologists, nurses, law enforcement, social workers, counselors and clergy on themes as “Restoring Life After Sexual Trauma,” “Counseling Victims of Sexual Trauma,” and “Counseling Those Who Serve: First Responders and Their Families.”  In the fall of 2013, Melissa led the Presbytery of East Tennessee in a training event titled, “Sexual Misconduct in the Church: A Soul Wound,” and she earned favorable reviews from those who attended this one day seminar.  [For more information about Melissa M. Melissa M. Bradley-Hall will address a Special Called Meeting of Church Professionals serving in Validated Ministries of the Presbytery of Middle Tennessee on this same topic on Tuesday, September 30, 2014, from 9:00 am registration to 3:30 pm dismissal, at First Presbyterian Church, 4815 Franklin Road, Nashville. Attendance at this seminar is required for all teaching elders serving in validated ministries in the Presbytery of Middle Tennessee, along with all who are on the Pulpit Supply and Transitional/Interim Pastors List, Commissioned Ruling Elders and Certified Christian Educators.  Funding for this training event will be drawn from the Temporarily Restricted Account #3002-06 Pastoral Care Fund, which means participation will be a no charge for materials or the midday meal.  Pre-registration is required.
